Look out Osbournes! Keep on keepin’ on, Kardashians! A new family is hoping to take over as the resident ridiculously rich crew which combines elements of both Ozzy’s crazy clan with a musical patriarch and the Kardashian model of being famous for absolutely nothing redeeming.
That’s right, kiddos! Rod Stewart and his bunch are getting their own reality show! The Maggie Mae and Forever Young singer has had quite the career which has spanned decades and resulted in countless hits. His adult children are almost as famous. Son Sean is no stranger to reality television having appeared on the short lived Sons of Hollywood followed by a stint of Celebrity Rehab. He’s even attracted to reality stars having a much hyped May-December romance with former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof. I’m still surprised those two didn’t last.

Sean‘s sister Kimberly is no stranger to the reality scene either. The former actress, model and socialite burst into the spotlight as one of Paris Hilton’s cronies and had her own show Living with Kimberly Stewart. She also had a baby with actor Benicio del Toro. Swoon.
According to Contact Music, Rod‘s show will focus on his life with third wife Penny Lancaster and their two young boys. While the rocker has eight children total, it seems that the only grown additions set to make regular appearances will be Sean and Kimberly. Surprising, I know.
A source shares, “Rod is very proud of his family and he wants to show everyone that. He will star very much as the dad, and it will show he has kept things together. Sean has a very prominent role as does Kimberly.”
The insider reveals that the show will make it’s home on–where else?–E! and will celebrate the Stewart‘s daily shenanigans, adding, “There will be some ups and downs but they are keen to show that the Stewarts are close and they enjoy themselves. This is huge for them, the family are hoping this is the start is something big for them.”
Sign me up for this mess! I’ll wait for baited breath for a peek at Benicio, although I’m not counting on the fiercely private Oscar winner to start traipsing around an E! reality show…more likely, he’ll have something to say about his daughter with Kimberly not being featured.
