Brandi Glanville Says Lisa Rinna And Kyle Richards Can’t Confirm What She Never Said

Brandi Glanvile RHOBH season 5 finale

Hey y’all – wanna talk about “semantics” with Brandi Glanville? She probably can’t define that word, but I bet the ghostwriter who allegedly writes her blogs can! Now that Brandi can no longer blame Lisa Vanderpump for everything that’s wrong in her life, she’s switched her vitriolic focus to Lisa Rinna and it’s all because Brandi believes Lisa intentionally tried to sabotage her friendship with Kim Richards by claiming Brandi said Kim needed an intervention.

Now all of us who watch Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills know what happened in that fateful conversation between Brandi and Lisa: Brandi both heavily implied and directly stated Kim was not OK and needed help. Brandi again reiterated those statements to her sober coach friend, Jen. There were also comments about pain patches and nebulous statements about what Kim is “doing.”

Lisa interpreted that to mean Kim needed their help, and Brandi wanted her assistance in providing that help. Sure the word “intervention” was never explicitly said by Brandi (this is the semantics part she fails to grasp), but when Lipsa said, “Not like an intervention?” Brandi didn’t reply, “Oh no Kim doesn’t need that! She just needs friends inviting her out to the movies and doing other sober fun things to get her out of the house and feeling more positive!” No, Brandi said, “Maybe you should do an intervention with all of us.” At worst, Lipsa is guilty of misinterpretation and getting overly involved.

Mind you this whole conversation happened as an intervention to Brandi’s out-0f-control drinking. But maybe Brandi was drunk when she spoke to Lipsa and that’s where the confusion lies. Or maybe she’s just really, really, REALLY incapable of taking ownership of the fact that she’s the world’s shittiest friend.

So, Brandi begins her blog by trashing Lisa and implying that her daughters are really screwed up. Cause, you know, Brandi is not a hypocrite!

“I would dearly like to leave ‘Poker Night’ behind. However, one person continues to make it the focal point of every interaction from when it happened and far into the three-part reunion,” Brandi complains. Yeah, Kim isn’t responsible at all – just Lipsa!

“This episode opens with Rinna tearing down a swing set, but her home interviews are still about what she perceives as Kim’s issues to be, not the actual touching moment of what the swing set tear-down symbolizes or her own family (I can’t wait for her daughters to write their Brooke Shields-style memoir when they are age appropriate),” Brandi says.

LR says she feels sorry for Kim and cares about Kim and wishes Kim well. The truth is a lot less pretty,” Brandi gripes. “Some people have been attacking Kim’s sobriety online this week, but we won’t name names. BTW, Kim is sober and not online. She is busy caring for seriously ill family members and driving back and forth to doctors and hospitals and being strong for her family.” Something Brandi wasn’t doing when she was getting gold facials and attending parties with her tits hanging out. NO JUDGEMENT! NOT A HYPOCRITE!

Of course, Brandi’s blog wouldn’t be complete without a scathing diatribe to the other person she hates: Kyle Richards!

Next we see Nicky Hilton’s book signing… “Kyle whispers about her sister Kim to Lisa V. and Camille. Kyle then tells them she is confused and impatient that Kim hasn’t confronted me over her third-hand Lisa R. gossip,” Brandi laments. “She states Kim WILL be hurt and brokenhearted over what ‘I’ said… Kyle seems way too overly excited about that happening, which I find kind creepy. Why would anyone WANT their sister to be hurt or in pain?!” Yeah, Brandi, ask yourself that? It is a very good question…

Now onto Adrienne Maloofs “You do magic now?” shindig. “First off, my mind was not on the party at all. My father was recently hospitalized, and I didn’t leave his side for two weeks. It was very serious, but I had to return home to my boys,” explains Brandi. “He was still not conscious, but I needed to get home to run my household–a party was the last place I wanted to be, but I had promised.”

“The party seems like it was fun for a lot of people who weren’t involved in Kyle and Lisa. R.’s drama. I wish I were one of them, but in a way I was. As much as Kyle relished telling Kim the hurtful gossip she heard from LR, what she wanted to happen didn’t happen,” Brandi gloats. “There was no argument between Kim and I. We were happy to see each other. We spoke easily. I was busy worrying about my Dad; she was busy with her family.” Correction: Kim and Brandi were happy to enable each other and perpetuate one and other’s denial. Best Friends Forever!

“What we saw on the finale was an efficient Kim quietly confronting Lisa R., then leaving Lisa R.’s table somewhat amused,” Brandi says (clearly watching a different show). “Lisa R. couldn’t confirm the veracity of her gossip, because I DIDN’T SAY IT. Thanks again to Bravo for showing the truth in a flashback last week.”

No Brandi, you didn’t “say it” – you implied it. Own your shit girl, isn’t that what you’re always telling everyone else to do? Everyone else who is a hypocrite. Which you absolutely are not!

“So, Kim knew who was who and what was what. The entertainment of the night was provided by Lisa R. going radio silent while Kyle begged for corroboration on her dramatic intervention gossip,” Brandi continues. “Watching Yolanda, Eileen, and Lisa V. urge Lisa R. to support Kyle and verify her hurtful gossip was almost amusing. You can’t confirm what didn’t happen, can you?”

I personally think at that moment Lisa realized she’d been played: by Brandi, by Kim, and now by Kyle so she tried to back-out as sadly, she also recognized she was the messenger who was going to get gunned down. The Richards are deadly. Lisa should have taken LVP’s advice way back when. Unfortunately it was BRANDI who got exactly what she wanted: Kyle and Kim’s relationship destroyed and Lipsa looking like the bad person.

Lastly Brandi says her father is doing well and Kim is still her friend. “I love and loved being there for Kim and being Kim’s friend, and I love that she was, is, and has been here for me.” Brandi said a few weeks ago on her podcast Kim isn’t speaking to her…

Brandi also insists she and Yolanda are still close. “I’m grateful and blessed to have Yolanda in my life; she is no bullsh–. Even when suffering herself, she is still so selfless. Yo is very special to me, I love her, she gets me, we have fun together, and I value every moment we spend together. I always will.” Until next season when she throws Yo under the bus… or David finally puts his foot down. Or Yo’s lyme-brain clears up and she realizes Brandi isn’t actually one of her children. OOPS!
