On his most recent Ask Andy segment Andy Cohen weighed in on the Real Housewives Of Atlanta reunion, drama with NeNe Leakes over the Detroit Public School donation (just pay already!!!!!) and this season’s antics, and Kenya Moore‘s shady behavior!
First of all Andy says he “loved” that all the ladies decided together to wear white to the reunion. “It was not my decision but I loved it,” he declared.
What he does not love is learning that Kenya called him “Mandy” and an “ass” in a recent tweet. In Andy’s visibly shocked reaction he exclaims, “Did Kenya call me ‘Mandy’ on Twitter?!?!” Yes, she did. “Well… on the one hand it’s offensive, but on the other hand it is ‘MAN-dy.’”

Pausing for a long time, Andy admits, “So yeah, I don’t know how I feel about it. It’s a little shady. But I am very shady to her. I don’t love it. Maybe I’ll call her like ‘Ken-doll.’ How would she like that? If I called her a man?” LOL! Oh Andy is pissed!
Moving on to the lady of the hour: NeNe! Andy reveals the two have exchanged words over the trajectory of this season’s RHOA – and had a fight after her most recent appearance on WWHL over NeNe not making the Detroit Public Schools donation! “Oh my God – she was pissed,” Andy says, clearly feeling NeNe should donate, reminding, “It was her idea!” RIGHT!!!!!!
“When [NeNe] stands with a position, she doesn’t want to hear anybody else’s point of view,” Andy explains. “We had a little fight the next day. She said that her friends said that I was really shady to her on the show. And I said, ‘Well that’s funny, because everyone on Twitter says that you were nasty to me on the show.’ So we went back and forth about that,” he laughs.
“We settled it like we always do, just kind of by laughing,” Andy shares. “I mean, I was like, ‘You need new friends!’ And she was like, ‘Don’t listen to people on Twitter!’ I go, ‘You need new friends! Your friends suck!’ So it was good, it started [shrugs], you know, a conversation.”
Clearly things are all good – Andy posted this fun photo of he and NeNe hanging out, laughing, at the recent Upfronts.
“Bravo worlds collided late night last night. Here’s a drunky shot with OC Shannon, Gage, Nene, Me, Tamra, Kyle, Jeff & Jenni… More fun to come tonight,” Andy shared.
When Andy’s assistant asked if he thought it was “uncouth” of Kenya to post the check proving she made her donation, he admitted Kenya had to because of her long track record being caught in lies! “I think she posted it because no one believes a word she says! Everyone thinks she’s a liar,” Andy quips. “I think it was publicity, but I think she was proving that she did it.”
Andy also disagreed with NeNe’s belief that single Housewives who aren’t even dating have no place on RHOA. “I think it’s great to see single ladies… I mean look at New York Housewives – they’re all single!,” Andy says. “The ratings for Real Housewives Of Atlanta were great this season, so I don’t think the single women not dating had any harm to the show.” Well the RHOA ratings weren’t as great as they’ve been, so clearly something in the buttermilk ain’t clean!
However, I’ll take Housewives who aren’t dating over Housewives who are fake dating made up boyfriends every damn season…
