Kim Richards is on the lam in Mexico as she avoids re-entering rehab following her terrible behavior at her daughter’s wedding – and she is also faced with the bad news that she can no longer turn to Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky to bail her out of trouble or clean up her act when the going gets super tough.
According to reports Kyle and Mauricio have “washed their hands” of Kim after this latest incident with the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star’s behavior at and after Brooke Brinson‘s wedding being the final straw!

Things are so bad with Kim that sources reveal there is a real concern from family and friends that Kim is in “danger of dying” because her drinking and drug use has grown so out of control, but there is literally nothing left for the family to do if Kim won’t take responsibility for herself.
Following Brooke’s wedding, Kim refused to leave Mexico and return to rehab, instead remaining “perpetually wasted” in Cabo. In a desperate attempt to help Kim, TMZ reports that Kyle and Mauricio hired a security guard fly down to Cabo to “literally force” Kim onto an airplane and home to LA. Kim got a special pass to leave the treatment center (being paid for by Dr. Phil) for Brooke’s wedding with a sober coach (who quit!), and she also is battling criminal charges back in the states.
While Kim has reportedly “promised” to re-enter rehab she’s refusing to actually follow-thru, and with this latest costly effort failing, Kyle and Mauricio are done! The source, who is close to the family, reveals that the Umanskys believe they have done all they can to save Kim and are taking Dr. Phil‘s “tough love” approach with the hopes that Kim finally helps herself!
Sources say even if Kim “ends up on the streets” there will be no more emergency interventions from Kyle and Mauricio who, for years, have been her “safety net to constantly bail her out.”
And it’s about time – Kyle has done all she can to cover for Kim – even reportedly putting her own RHOBH job on the line last season to keep Kim employed by telling producers and Bravo there is no Kyle without Kim. This season that reportedly won’t fly and Kim is getting the axe due to the liability she poses but also because she’s been living a drunken and drugged lie for her entire stint as a Real Housewife!
