First Bruce Jenner got sued, now Caitlyn Jenner is being sued as well. The reality star has been hit with another lawsuit related to the fatal car accident she was involved in on the Pacific Coast Highway back in February.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star rear ended a Lexus, causing the death of driver Kim Howe. Kim’s adult stepchildren are attempting to sue Bruce/Caitlyn for wrongful death – a suit Caitlyn’s attorneys petitioned to have thrown out of court.

Caitlyn, then Bruce, was never cited by police or given a violation for the accident, and presently there is an ongoing investigation about whether or not paparazzi caused the original driver to slam on their breaks thus resulting in the multi-car pileup with Caitlyn at the rear.
However, now Caitlyn has been taken to court by another driver. The lawsuit filed by Jessica Steindorff, who was driving the Prius also struck by Jenner’s car, seeks damages from “Bruce Jenner a/k/a Caitlyn Jenner.” The Prius was the second car plowed into by Caitlyn’s Escalade – the Lexus took the initial impact, but then Caitlyn’s SUV bounced-0ff and plowed into the back of Jessica’s car.
Jessica claims she’s suffered severe physical injuries although she won’t specify the “nature or extent” of those injuries reports TMZ. As a result of these medical injuries Jessica’s suit claims she’s lost wages and was unable to work. Her car has significant rear end damage per the photos from the accident scene, which you can see over at TMZ.
