Once Heather Dubrow decided to ditch her acting plans and join the Bravo Home Shopping Network, she’s checking all the boxes for the requisite Housewives products. First a wine, then a skincare line, and now a book!
Heather and her husband Dr. Terry Dubrow recently revealed they’re working on a skincare book together. The concept of the Real Housewives Of Orange County stars endeavor is the best and worst skincare products and procedures available. This year the couple also released, Consult Beaute, a skincare line, and the book will be an accompaniment to that.
“There are many misconceptions in the world of health, wellness, and beauty,” describes Heather. “We will give our readers the truth about procedures, treatments, and products based on our personal experience and expertise.”

“Terry and I call ourselves Dr. and Mrs. Guinea Pig because we have spent the last 15 years or so creating our skincare products and testing what’s out there on ourselves,” Heather explains of their concept. “We feel we have a unique point of view as a doctor, Terry and a high end consumer, Heather, to shed light on what actually works and what’s really just snake oil.”
As for working together on the project, Heather shares that unlike home building, they’re getting along famously! “Terry and I work exceptionally well together,” Heather insists. “Our skincare line and our book are truly a labor of love and are both very exciting to create together.”
And in more exciting news, Botched has been renewed for a third season! E! confirmed the shows return. “Plastic surgery has and continues to be a pop culture obsession,” explains the network’s EVP, Programming and Development. “Botched not only delivers on the pursuit of perfection phenomenon, but also inspires viewers with heartwarming stories as Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif transform patients’ lives. We are thrilled to bring this series back for a third season and deliver more of what our fans crave.”
Both Terry and Paul Nassif will return for the third season, set to air in early 2016, and Terry continues to be excited about working with one of his best friends! “If someone’s not going to make fun of Paul Nassif, I’ve got to do it,” he joked about their dynamic.
