One thing I’m loving about this season of Real Housewives Of New York is that despite their epic arguments the ladies can still rally and have fun. On Tuesday they filmed the reunion, which was apparently so epic and so long, Andy Cohen almost missed his WWHL taping!
Andy shares a sneak peak of all the drama and reveals some surprising things that happened on reunion day. And of course some not so surprising things, like that Luann de Lesseps got into it big time with Carole Radziwill and Heather Thomson! “Luann was guns blazing and I have never seen her so fired up,” reveals Andy.

The ladies seemingly went deep into all the backlogs of their disagreements – way back to Luann’s affair with Tomas the Pirate. “The Johnny Depp pirate resurfaced, as did Dorinda’s boyfriend, John, and Carole’s boyfriend, Adam,” says Andy.
However the most shockingly behaved person at the reunion was Ramona Singer. But not in the way we might imagine. “Ramona is known for being he first housewife to walk off a reunion, she was the first to dictate the room temperature at a reunion. She has shut me down and shut me up — but she did something during this one that I have never seen before,” Andy dished to Bravo.
Andy adds that despite all the fights – and there were many – some real resolution was made. “Almost everyone got through to whom they were speaking,” he shared. He adds that Bethenny Frankel, naturally, had the best one-liners, Carole was the best dressed, and that Dorinda Medley was the most nervous because it was her first reunion.

Well it seems the ladies managed to both fight hard and love hard afterwards. Bethenny posted a photo of the entire cast doing post-reunion dinner and drinks, which is nice.

“#RHONY post reunion pic. #psychowardbybravo @bravotv,” captioned Bethenny. Carole joked that the photo should be titled, “8 Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.”
However the intensity even took its toll on Bethenny, who admitted on twitter, “Lordy I feel beaten after 9 hours of that reunion yesterday.” Then she corrected herself that it was “11 hours. Lots to cover.”

The ladies noshed at Hunt & Fish Club in midtown Manhattan, then slowly staggered home – with even Carole and Luann seeming to reach some resolution. Luann, Kristen Taekman and Dorinda ended up staying late to paint the town red.
Well, I can’t wait!
