The pregnant Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared a slew of photos from her trip to the Big Easy. We’re assuming the KUWTK camera crew was on hand to capture Kim’s act of fan appreciation. A famewhore needs her video and photo proof when it comes to random acts of generosity and kindness, right?
