Back when lips were smaller and Caitlyn Jenner was still Bruce, Kylie Jenner was just a 16-year old kid let loose on the mean streets of Calabasas with a driver’s license. Just over two weeks after Kylie began driving, she found herself at fault for a 3-car accident when she crashed her $125k Mercedes SUV into the back of a Toyota, which hit the back of a Suburu SUV.
At the time, reports claimed that “it didn’t appear anyone suffered any serious injuries,” and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star maintains that she’s accepted all blame for the accident since then. But one victim is still refusing Kylie’s offer of a $20K settlement, instead taking the lawsuit to court. The victim is also asking that Kylie be deposed on video, which Kylie is refusing to do out of fear that the video will be leaked for publicity.

In June, Kylie celebrated her graduation from online high school with model sister Kendall, who she posted videos of twerking with during the celebration. But Kylie has been in the limelight more these days for rumors surrounding her ever-growing lips and her dirty social media war with boyfriend Tyga’s ex-girlfriend, Blac Chyna.

Despite her pleas, TMZ reports that if Kylie cannot refuse a video-recorded deposition entirely, she’s hoping to get the testimony sealed at the very least. I mean, just imagine! Video footage of a Kardashian or Jenner that is NOT Kris Jenner approved and NOT a selfie?!? No, that is just taking things too far, U.S. Justice System. Too far.
