Brandi Glanville has new lawyers and a new defense plan in her lawsuit against Joanna Krupa. The former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star’s original line of defense was to prove that Joanna is just as big of a bitch as she is, but now Brandi is setting out to prove emphatically that she wasn’t slandering Joanna when she said her vagina smelled fishy because what she said was true!
Brandi’s attorney has filed a motion, submitting a series of questions that Joanna is reportedly bound to answer under oath. Most notably they want to know if Joanna can prove her vagina is odorless. Uhhhh…. THIS is her defense?

According to TMZ, Brandi, via her attorney, specifically asked Joanna to prove the veracity of her scentless lady bits, therefore demonstrating that Brandi wasn’t slandering Joanna when she made the comments about there fishy vagina. “Is it your contention in this lawsuit that your vagina and/or vulva are odorless? If yes, please explain with specificity why your vagina and/or vulva are odorless,” the question asks.
Joanna hasn’t comment on Brandi’s latest tactic.
Lisa Vanderpump and Mohamed Hadid are allegedly being deposed in the suit, as Brandi maintains she heard about Joanna’s odor problem from Mohamed, who at one point supposedly had an affair with Joanna (while he was married to Yolanda Foster). Brandi insists Lisa was also present when Mohamed described Joanna’s vagina as being smelly. Mohamed and Lisa both deny these claims.
Joanna filed the lawsuit after years of Brandi making repeated statements that her vagina smelled, allegations which Joanna maintain have affected her professional reputation as a swimsuit and lingerie model. In response, Brandi has called the lawsuit BS and whined that the legal defense has cost her $50k – or her entire savings. Recently Brandi fired her attorneys in lieu of soliciting twitter followers to defend her pro bono. Twitter followers who also happen to be attorneys, that is.
