As always, it has been a busy week for reality TV gossip, filled with ups, downs, and crazy drama. On Thursday, news broke that Kim Zolciak suffered a mini stroke after back-to-back nights of Dancing with the Stars. Kim’s pro partner Tony Dovolani kept her company in the hospital. While no announcement has been made, it seems unlikely Kim and Tony will return to the competition.
