Jax Taylor doesn’t have good luck with accessories, does he? Or earning money for that matter.
The Vanderpump Rules star is headed to court after filing suit against XCALIBUR for nonpayment.
According to Jax’s lawsuit, he was under a contract with the men’s fashion company to wear and promote their items in exchange for payment. But XCALIBUR failed to hold up their end of the bargain.

In 2014 Jax claims XCALIBUR agreed to pay him to endorse the brand and also develop a collection of sweaters for the men’s clothing and shoe company. Per Jax he was supposed to receive $20 for each item sold from his collection, plus earn an additional 10% of the total net sales he generated.
TMZ reports that legal documents filed by Jax state XCALIBUR owes the former model over $25,000 but they aren’t making an effort to pay up!
Jax also alleges that due to the deal between himself and XCALIBUR he’s unable to secure additional endorsement deals because the company’s competitors don’t want to work with him. So, in addition to not getting paid, he’s also losing potential earnings.

While I’m obviously not sure if Jax got his paychecks or not, if you google Jax Taylor + XCALIBUR several links come up – Jax promoted the company often, even on Entertainment Tonight and in several club appearances. The Jax Taylor Collection is no longer available on their website.
So if you’re wondering what happened with Jax’s sweater collection, there it is folks!
XCALIBUR hasn’t commented on Jax’s suit.
