Another day, another crazy Kardashian lawsuit, ha! This time around though, Keeping Up With The Kardashians matriarch Kris Jenner is the one who is being slapped with a lawsuit. But, gasp, what could good ole Kris Jenner have done to warrant a lawsuit? I mean, we know she is isn’t mother of the year, but what gives? It all stems down to Kim Kardashian and her ridiculous game.
Apparently, Jenner might have ripped off a game developer, and now they are fighting back, with a lawsuit. Ah, the tough lives of the Kardashian clan, whatever will Jenner do now that she’s being sued? Get all of the juicy details after the jump!

There is always some sort of drama surrounding the Kardashian ladies, isn’t there? This time, it’s Kris Jenner, who is being sued by a game developer, claiming Jenner took his idea and ran. According to our friends at TMZ, Kung Fu Factory (the developer) claims that they were contacted by Jenner back in 2011 to create a Kardashian themed game for the family, which they did.

But then, months and months went by with no approval from Jenner, so Kung Fu was under the assumption that there was no deal. Until Kim Kardashian Hollywood hit the market in 2014. Now, Kung Fu claims that the game has too many similarities to their copyrighted version and they are suing Jenner.
Kung Fu Factory is looking for unspecified damages, which includes profits from the game itself, which is making millions of dollars as we speak. So, what will Jenner do? Who the heck knows, but it sure sounds like she ripped this company off, doesn’t it? Time for her to pay up!
