Vanderpump Rules new girl Lala Kent is not afraid to be scandalous or speak her mind. Admitting that she’s a “little insane,” Lala dishes on joining Vanderpuimp Rules, dealing with haters, her relationship with James Kennedy and what she thinks of her castmates!
“Only an insane person would be down for this, right?!” she jokes about signing onto Vanderpump Rules. “So, I guess I’m a little insane and I wear that with pride! (laughs) I have loved every minute of the journey and getting to know some of the cast members.”

However Lala isn’t letting haters (which she likens to “fans”) affect her. “I have definitely developed more of a ‘I don’t give a f–k’ attitude,'” she insists.
Lala, a model from Salt Lake City made her entrance by lying to Lisa about a so-called work trip to Italy. It turns out she as just playing the role of date. However, Lala insists she’s no hoochie mama! She’s like a legit professional!
“I wish I could be one of those girls, that does sexual favors for cool shit. I’d be iced up, driving a Rolls Royce. Sadly, I can only hook up with people I am fully interested in, and those dudes are usually broke,” Lala tells Heavy. “But, just so everyone knows, if I’m keeping my legs closed, then I am most definitely keeping my mouth closed.” Well – I mean James drives a gently used Beamer, does he count as broke?! #BeamerSelfie
Lala’s resume includes everything from Nike to Comedy Central and she says, “David Spade is a close friend of mine.”
Despite her initial friction with Scheana Marie over Lala’s professional skills, things are all good now. “It gives me a good laugh,” she says. “Scheana has been dope, too. I like her a lot, a lot!” I’d call Scheana a “dope” too but in a very different connotation. #Context
Lala is also hopeful for Scheana and Shay’s marriage. “I just hope everything works out and they stick together through all the ups and downs. I love them together.”
Other than Scheana, and fellow newbie Faith Stowers, Lala also formed friendships with Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval. “Don’t get me started on Ariana. I love that chick. That right there is a bad bitch.”

Lala is currently dating James, and their relationship will cause sooooo much fiction later in the season, “He is someone I care about, deeply,” describes Lala. “No matter what goes down, we will always be friends. Our personalities just mesh.”
What goes down is Lala getting into an altercation with Kristen Doute! Apparently Lala isn’t sweating the old news. “Pshhhh NEXT! … I have no feelings toward her,” snaps Lala. “She is just there, breathing my air.”
Playing word association with her co-stars, Lala lists herself as “the baddest” without fail. The rest of her answers are curious.

Well Lala is certainly bringing something extra this season… extra what I’m not quite sure of.
