In a reality world filled with bad Bachelor break-up’s, it’s so nice to hear about the very few couples who are still together and doing well. Although, with both a stint on Celebrity Wife Swap, as well as Marriage Boot Camp, Bachelor nation has been wondering what is going on with fan favorites Sean and Catherine Lowe. I mean, certainly this loving couple couldn’t possibly be having a tough time in their marriage, now could they?
Regardless of the reasoning behind the Lowes’ decision to go on those shows, they do have some very happy news to share with the world – they are expecting a baby! It looks like it is turning into a very merry Christmas for Sean and Catherine Lowe, who recently got the best gift of all – Catherine is expecting the couple’s first child. Sharing the photo above on Instagram, Sean wrote, “It’s finally happening. I am going to be a dad!” Catherine then shared a similar photo with the caption, “Hey, baby.”

And this time around, it’s no joke folks. In case you may have forgotten, the couple played an April Fool’s joke in the past, where they claimed to be expecting, but received a ton of backlash from fans. They did end up apologizing for the prank, but it left many with a bad taste in their mouths.
Since Sean and Catherine wed nearly 2 years ago, they have spoken of how they wanted to children (Catherine mentioned five at one point), and they’re finally getting their wish – well, at least the first one. Meanwhile, naysayers have insisted that the couple would never last, but it looks like they’re doing pretty darn well to us.
