With 52 court-ordered AA meetings under her belt, Kim Richards appears to finally be piecing together some sober time. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star (who will appear occasionally this season, but is not back as a full time housewife) has been in the public eye for her battle with alcoholism for…well, a very long time now. But is Kim truly turning over a new leaf?
After her drunken incident and arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel last April, followed by an arrest for shoplifting dollar items at Target in August, a judge ordered Kim to 52 A meetings, 300 hours of community service, and 3 years of probation.

TMZ reports that court documents prove Kim “has been steadily attending AA meetings since September.” But the judge is taking no chances on the You-Stole-My-House! Richards Sister. She’s been ordered to continue attending 1 AA meeting per week as part of her ongoing sentencing (duration unspecified).

No longer a full time RHOBH cast member, Kim will be making appearances now and then on the current season to give Kyle Richards a viable storyline. Kim is also slated to film another reality series with daughter Kimberly Jackson: a mother/daughter themed Couples Therapy-inspired show.
Entertainment Tonight describes the show, which will also feature former despicably desperate reality star Heidi Montag and her mother, as featuring “famous mothers and daughters who have faced public struggles and are going through counseling.” Should be interesting…or at the very least, comment-inspiring!
