This is a throwback reference, but I will never get over Brandi Glanville accusing Kim Richards of “doing crystal meth in the bathroom all night long” when she first joined the cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. They were just all out screaming at each other and it was super ratchet.
Needless to say, I never thought that those two would end up being besties, but they are. I never saw it coming. Plus there a lot of people who don’t approve of the friendship – cough, cough Kyle Richards. But it seems like these two are pretty close no matter what people say and Brandi is sounding off about Kim’s sobriety.

Even though Brandi is no longer a cast member on RHOBH, she still has a lot to say about the show and everyone on it. So it is not too shocking that Brandi was asked about Kim while promoting her new show Famously Single. A lot of people have been confused by Kim and Brandi’s friendship since Kim has been openly struggling with her quest to be sober and Brandi has been publicly partying and talking about her love of alcohol.
Kim has had a pretty crazy time these days – to put it lightly. So it makes sense that people want to know how she’s been. Brandi said, “Kim is great. She just had knee surgery, her daughter’s pregnant. She just sent me a really cute picture from the shower they had.” That’s good news. I’m tired of Kim getting in trouble for stupid shit. I just want Kim back on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills acting silly and endearing – minus the legal drama and substance abuse.
Brandi also said, “She’s doing wonderful and I’m so proud of her. She’s sober and amazing.” That’s good news. Let’s hope that this means we will be seeing Kim back on reality TV (on a legitimate show that people actually watch). Although, if I’m keeping it real, I’m one of the five people who watched Kim on that Lifetime show Mother/Daughter Experiment.
