What is with the Real Housewives of New York cast dating so many of the same men? I thought New York was a big city, but I guess this social circle really is small. I cannot get over Luann de Lesseps being engaged to someone who has dated Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan– and pretty recently at that!
Luann is acting like she doesn’t care about Tom D’Agostino’s past, but it is definitely bothering Sonja and Ramona. I don’t that they are jealous- like Luann keeps saying- but Ramona is very annoyed at Luann for involving her in this news story.

As outrageous as Ramona can be, she really does pride herself on being a somewhat private person- especially for a reality star. Needless to say, She is very annoyed her name keeps getting thrown out in association with Luann’s engagement and she sounded off about it in her Bravo blog.
Ramona wrote, “Luann has been going directly to the press constantly about her and Tom dating before they got engaged. And to make the story more relevant, the press has to add that she is ‘dating my ex.'” This isn’t the first time that one of the RHONY ladies has accused Luann of leaking stories to the news outlets and trying to manipulate her press coverage, so I’m not putting it past Luann to try and drum up publicity for her engagement.
Ramona revealed some pretty interesting information when she wrote, “I don’t like to see my name in the paper linked with men. I have had two serious relationships since Mario [Singer], and their names were never mentioned. I had four or five dates with Tom, and it’s all over the press. Not cool, Luann.” I honestly didn’t really believe Ramona when she talked about how private she prefers to be, but if she really did have two serious relationships that didn’t make the show or get outed to the press, it definitely makes sense to blame Luann for this one.
Ramona also made it clear that she is not at all jealous of Luann when she wrote, “I’m glad Luann is happy, and I’ve never seen her happier.” She seems genuinely happy that her friend is engaged and I honestly don’t blame her for being annoyed that she is a part of the story. As a viewer, I am living for it, but I do feel really bad for Ramona as a person.
Ramona ended her blog with some words that really intrigued me: “All I can say is the last episodes are beyond spell binding with what happens and comes out. You have no idea what you’re in for as viewers!” I am beyond excited for this. I. Cannot. Wait.
