Before I decided how I felt about the Real Housewives of Orange County new girl Kelly Dodd, I fell in love with her house. I mean it’s absolutely amazing. Definitely my favorite of the RHOC homes – at least until Heather Dubrow’s mega mansion surfaces on the show.
So I’m vicariously sad that she put the house up for sale. I’m also curious about why she is selling it. According to the listing, she and her husband Michael Dodd bought the house for $3.575 million two years ago and have made some nice renovations, so I’m surprised that they are selling so soon.

If you want to live like a Real Housewife, you can if you have $6.25 million to drop on the Dodd home in Corona del Mar, California.
After I saw that there was an elevator in the house during one of the episodes, that really made it seem like a dream home to me, plus it has ocean views. I also remember the ladies arguing within Kelly’s closet because it is actually that large of a space. Hopefully the house comes without its associated drama.
It seems like there is something in the water over in Orange County, as a bunch of them have real estate-realted news. Meghan Edmonds put her house up for sale in July and former Housewife Alexis Bellino just bought a new house.
