This has been a rough year for Jules Wainstein. She had short-lived stint as a Real Housewives of York cast member. She had that weird accident with her vagina. And on top of that she filed for divorce from Michael Wainstein and things got really ugly with police intervention, restraining orders, and infidelity allegations. The drama continues though. Now Jules is claiming that Michael did not come through on court-ordered support payments.
This is not super surprising though since Michael and his lawyer claimed that he was unable to pay the $10,000 a month when that amount was decided. So I’m really not sure what Jules was expecting. This was definitely bound to happen.

According to TMZ, Jules has filed documents against Michael for failing to come through on the payments. It’s also being alleged that he hasn’t paid for the kids’ school tuition or utilities.
Aside from wanting the money and bills paid for, Jules wants the judge to hold Michael in contempt. This would lead to even more fines which I also don’t think he will be able to pay, so I don’t really see this plan working out well.
It’s also pretty wild that the exes are actually sharing a residence again yet they cannot seem to communicate in person to work any of this out- not even for the sake of their two children. Now, pretty much everything is being handled by judges and lawyers and is up for public consumption. And if these two are really having money problems, I figured they would want to skip out on paying all the legal fees and find some other way to resolve their issues, but maybe I’m just being naive here.
