Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy‘s divorce is done and over, but it seems that things are far from civil and settled. It appears that Jason is harboring some hardcore hatred for his former wife and has been seen sending nasty and harassing emails to her and her boyfriend, Dennis Shields. And Dennis has had it up to here.
According to new reports, Dennis is threatening to sue Jason. He has allegedly been sending hateful emails to Bethenny (almost 50 in the last 70 days alone!) and cc’ing Dennis on them.
The emails reportedly spew about how old, ugly and irrelevant Bethenny is and warns Dennis that he’ll be “gone soon” because Bethenny has a revolving door of boyfriends. In her defense, Dennis has been Bethenny’s boyfriend for nearly a year already..

Dennis had his attorneys fire off a letter to Jason, warning him to stop the nonsense already or he’s going to take legal action over it.
If these allegations are true and if it’s also true that Bethenny can’t talk about anything relating to Jason and the divorce, it’s really low if he’s sending her hateful emails, knowing she can’t say anything publicly. BUT his mistake may be in including Dennis on these emails, because Dennis isn’t under any gag orders of any kind. If this goes to court, we could wind up seeing the content of these emails and that could shed a whole different light on things.
It’s truly sad that there is still so much negativity going on. They have a young daughter to raise together and that’s where all their (POSITIVE!) energy should be going! Life is too short for this hateful grudge match crap.
We’ll have to wait and see what Jason’s attorney will fire back with about the email allegations.
