If you have been keeping up with Real Housewives of Atlanta this season, you know that Kenya Moore caused some major drama when she compared Sheree Whitfield’s wig to Mama Joyce’s hair style. The shade had some ripple effects, but Kenya is probably hoping for some other hair-related press since her line Kenya Moore Hair Care is set to be in retail stores next year.
At least that’s what Ms. Moore announced on her Instagram page. “Next year” is a pretty vague date for an announcement so I have no idea when it will actually be in stores, but I am sure Kenya will keep her followers updated. Not only did Kenya share this news in her post, but she also thanked other Real Housewives entrepreneurs for inspiring her as a businesswoman.

Anyone who is familiar with this reality TV franchise knows that the Housewives are always talking about their business ventures and that a lot of the time, these projects never actually come to fruition. But unlike Sheree’s nonexistent clothing line, She by Sheree, at least Kenya’s hair products actually exist. So it’s not too out of the box to believe Kenya when she says it will soon be sold in stores instead of solely online like before.
Kenya posted a photo of her products’ retail display. Along with the pic, Kenya wrote, “Check out my new retail display mock up! #KenyaMooreHairCare will be sold in thousands of retail stores early next year! I’ve worked so hard to get to this and I thank all of our customers who love the products!”

I’m interested to see how her products are received by customers and people in the beauty industry.
Not only did Kenya share the news about her products moving into retail stores, but she also gave a shout out to her fellow Housewives Kandi Burruss and Bethenny Frankel: “Thank you @kandi and @bethennyfrankel for being an inspiration to me in business on our platform. You are my sheroes. #retail #milliondollardeals #soblessed #sothankful #teamtwirl #minoritybusinessowner”
And of course, she reminded her followers that they can find more information about her line at its website: KenyaMooreHair.com.
TELL US – HAVE YOU PURCHASED PRODUCTS FROM KENYA’S LINE? WOULD YOU BE MORE LIKELY TO PURCHASE NOW THAT IT WILL BE IN STORES?
