Even though NeNe Leakes didn’t appear on Real Housewives of Atlanta at all this season, she has plenty of shade to throw and opinions to share in response to the epic four-part reunion. I’m not gonna lie, I felt like the first two episodes were kind of dragging on, but part three was truly epic.
My jaw dropped when Porsha Williams said that Phaedra Parks was the one who told her that Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker wanted to drug and rape her. NeNe wasn’t too surprised by it though and she had plenty of tea to spill about Phaedra’s behind-the-scenes antics.

During the last Watch What Happens Live episode, NeNe told Andy Cohen that the reunion “made [her] wig slide off.”
Andy started out with some light questions about the ladies’ reunion outfits. When he showed NeNe Porsha’s look, she wasn’t playing around when she said, “I couldn’t take in her look with all the bull shit.”
I also didn’t know what to make of Peter Thomas and his walk off. I guess he’s really trying to make the most of his (hopefully) last reunion appearance by causing a scene. NeNe said, “Peter to me was over the lies and I get that. I know Peter on a different level than a lot of people, so I get what he was saying. He walked out saying that those girls had been lying on him saying he was dating nineteen year olds and all that stuff.” I don’t blame him for being upset about all that… if it wasn’t true. I’m just happy that he (hopefully) won’t be around next season trying to hold up a peach in the opening credits.
NeNe explained, “He was kind of upset by all the lies and Porsha sitting there- where’s the guy? Every season she has a different guy. She’s not in a real relationships. People are always on Kenya about bringing different men, but she brings different men. Her relationships are just as fake as Kenya’s [Moore].” NeNe wasn’t going easy on anyone during the episode.
When asked if she thought Porsha and Phaedra’s friendship was genuine, NeNe agreed with the rest of the cast and said, “No. I just think they have an alliance.”
Was NeNe surprised that Phaedra started the rumor about Kandi and Todd wanting to drug and rape Porsha? She confessed, “Absolutely not. Phaedra has been doing this bull shit for a long time. Phaedra did this exact same thing to me years ago. When she first came on, she brought on my half biological sister and filmed with her the same way she did with Kandi when she brought that Johnny guy on. She did the same thing to me.”
NeNe concluded that Phaedra “tried to take me down and it didn’t work because we ended up getting it before it even hit the air. Phaedra’s been doing stuff like this. She just got caught with these girls.” Yeah. Phaedra has said pretty much nothing during the reunion episodes. She knows she’s done. No one is falling for her phoniness anymore.
NeNe said “Clearly it must be Phaedra” when she was asked to name the shadiest person on Real Housewives of Atlanta. She also talked more shit on Phaedra: “I just think that Phaedra is like a person that we’ve said it for so long that wants to be seen one way, but does all these things behind camera. She’s always been that way. It’s not anything new. It might be new to you guys, but for us that work with her: we’ve always known her to be that person.” It’s not “new” to me. Right from the jump she was lying about her pregnancy. It’s been total shadiness this entire time.
NeNe declared, “Porsha is not innocent at all.” Clearly. She explained, “As I’ve said to so many people, if you and I decide to rob a bank together, I mastermind it, and you carry out the plan, and we both went before a judge, we both would be sentenced to life in prison. Porsha is just as guilty as Phaedra. She ain’t that damn dumb.” NeNe also muttered, “She’s so stupid.”
Thanks to Porsha and Phaedra, Kandi has has a rough season, but NeNe has her back. She shared, “Kandi and I are good now. Thank god she came back from under Phaedra’s spell.” NeNe confessed, “The whole time I was watching the reunion, she kept saying to Porsha, ‘You’re taking up for her. You’re speaking for her,’ and I was thinking to myself, ‘Kandi, you used to be the same way.’ Kandi and I are good. Call me, girl.” Seriously though- is Phaedra going to speak up at all during part four of the reunion?
NeNe didn’t address any of the rumors about returning to Real Housewives of Atlanta, but she did name the two cast members that she wants kicked off the show. It’s not at all surprising that NeNe called out, “Freak and Fraud” aka Porsha and Phaedra. She also declared, “Those are the two I would get rid of right away, honey. They’re de-classing the show and the franchise.” On a lighter note, NeNe did say, “I’d love to see Kim [Zolciak] back on the show.”
