On tonight’s finale, Bugsy‘s frustration with Hannah Ferrier reaches a tipping point and she confronts Hannah, accusing her of being a terrible First Stew. Bugsy and Lauren don’t feel that Hannah has been pulling her weight this season.
As for the rest of the episode, a former guest returns for the final charter of the season and brings six ladies on board. Bobby Giancola struggles with willpower as he matches with one of the ladies on a dating app.
And because no episode is complete without the hot mess of a love triangle: Wes is blindsided when Adam reveals shocking details of a text message exchange between him and Malia, putting Wes and Malia’s future in question.

Hannah confirmed the reunion filming on her Instagram account. Hannah shared, “Hello NYC!!! Super excited to be here to shoot the first ever reunion of #belowdeckmed Let the drama continue!!!”
