Do you mean to tell me that all things reality TV aren’t real? According to sources, Jax Taylor definitely cheated on Brittany Cartwright, but when Brittany tried to break up with him, Vanderpump Rules producers made them stay together for the show. I mean, also, they share such a fabulous apartment.
It may shock all of you to know this but Faith Stowers, the woman Jax allegedly cheated with, is a major famewhore who’s been an ‘extra’ on Pump Rules for years and has been trying, desperately, to elevate her status. Enter (literally) a drunk Jax, who has no self control.
A source claims Faith “used Jax to get back in [the spotlight]” because she was “upset she wasn’t relevant on the show.” After Brittany apparently learned that Jax did cheat with Faith (or at least entertained the idea at a 95-year-old’s house one fateful night), she wasn’t sure what to do until producers made the decision for her.
The insider told Page Six that “Brittany and Jax were on-and-off after the cheating,” until Lisa Vanderpump production “forced them to get back together.”
A source connected to Bravo completely denies production or the network had anything to do with Jax and Brittany staying together.
The source added, “Brittany did go back to Jax and loves him. She’s trying to work through their relationship and she wants to make it work. Jax is trying to be faithful and good to Brittany.”
Unfortunately, it was a “very rough spring and summer” for Jax and Brittany as they tried to work through the cheating fall-out. Naturally cameras were rolling the entire time.
Tonight on Vanderpump Rules: “A painful revelation makes Brittany flee L.A., leaving her relationship with Jax in question. Stassi reconnects with her ex-boyfriend Patrick and ex-boss Lisa Vanderpump, while James attempts to reclaim his DJ job at SUR. Lisa proudly serves as grand marshal of the Long Beach Gay Pride parade, where Sandoval discovers a new fetish he hopes will revive his and Ariana‘s lagging sex life.”
