After her dramatic arrest this morning, Luann de Lesseps is speaking out for the first time. The Real Housewives of New York star, who was charged with battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence and crimes against a person, took to Twitter to share an apology over the mortifying incident.
About an hour ago Luann Tweeted, “I want to offer my most sincere apologies to anyone that I might have offended with my behavior. This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being here brought up buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.”
It sounds like the exact thing that many fans suspected: being back in Palm Beach around the time of what should’ve been her one year anniversary with Tom D’Agostino set off emotions and triggered a chain of events that she now can’t take back.
