Abby Lee Miller‘s reign of terror is about to be unleashed on the masses once again! Abby has managed to secure early release and is getting out of prison after serving just half her time!
The former Dance Moms star was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for bankruptcy fraud, but will be released on February 20th following only six months of incarceration. Abby has been in a California women’s penitentiary, and upon release will transition to a halfway house in Van Nuys for the unknown duration.
Deadline learned that Abby’s early release was contingent upon good behavior.
Abby still owes a bundle in restitution and will remain on parole for two years. She also had to forfeit over $120,000 dollars she was accused of trying to hide from federal prosecutors during her bankruptcy proceedings. Abby blamed her money woes on trusting the wrong people and maintained her innocence despite pleading guilty. While in prison she remained active on social media, and possibly stayed in touch with some of her former students!
It also seems Abby hopes to return to reality TV. I think it’s a given she’ll be do some-sort of ‘rebuilding her life post-prison’ show. Or maybe, if we’re lucky: Love After LockUp! She’s also boasted of plans to write a tell-all book about her experiences. I’d actually be curious to read that, not gonna lie.
A source told AOL.com that Abby has been eating healthy and working out. The non-dancing dance teacher has reportedly lost over 100lbs during her six month ‘camp’ stay! The confidante shares that Abby is “feeling great” and is already making plans for multiple post-release plastic surgeries, including excess skin removal, a tummy tuck, and a breast lift!
Abby also took some classes, and wants to get her real estate license. Abby’s tweeted New Years Resolution was to “dance daily” so I think Cheryl Burke better watch her back! But seriously – Abby can dance?!
