As much as I loved Stassi Schroeder’s commitment to the murder theme of her birthday party, it was tough not to develop second hand embarrassment watching her storm out of her own event, yelling at her best friends, and leaving them all with the bill.
Thankfully for Stassi, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live on the same night that episode aired, to clear some things up. She didn’t really have an excuse for her behavior, but at least she owned up to it.
Before discussing the latest Vanderpump Rules episode, Andy Cohen couldn’t help asking Stassi about Bravolebrity hookup rumor. Andy said, “When Kristen [Doute] was here, she said Scheana [Marie] and Carl [Radke] from Summer House hooked up. Is that true?” Stassi answered, “I know what she knows and what all the rest of us know.”
Andy pushed, “What is that?” Stassi shared, “We’ve all had some sort of confirmation of that. I was not there to witness it, but I have heard all the same things.” Can we get Carl in the clubhouse for some clarification. He doesn’t even have to be an actual guest on the show. He can be a bartender. He can “ring the doorbell” and pop in just to admit (or deny) the Scheana hookup. He can even just sit in the audience with a microphone. Oh wait, he WILL be there soon – next Monday with Lala Kent as his co-guest.
Jumping back into the Vanderpump Rules drama, Stassi explained her latest birthday meltdown by saying, “It was like a confluence of a billion of a million different things with a lot of alcohol and I am embarrassed.” Then Andy played a clip of Kristen saying, “With every boyfriend, Stassi has ever dated, she’s the conductor. With Patrick, she is the second fiddle.” Andy asked Stassi, “Agree?” Stassi was visibly flustered, but she admitted, “Yeah.”

Andy referenced that infamous “pasta” argument between James Kennedy and Lala Kent. He asked Stassi, “Was it about the pasta or was it about something else?” Stassi claimed, “Listen. I was there with the pasta and I wanted to eat the pasta and I’m thankful I didn’t. I would have felt the wrath.” He still wanted to know, “And it was pasta?” Stassi confirmed, “It was pasta. It really was pasta. It was the angel hair checca from SUR.”
Later in the episode, Stassi shared, “I am in a relationship right now.” Andy asked her how long that’s been going on and she just admitted, “I feel bashful right now.” He wondered, “Is it for over two months?” She started to say, “I’ve known him for…” And then she shared, “Kristen and Katie [Maloney] introduced us.”
Stassi had a lot to address during her clubhouse appearance. Andy said, “Why are you always stepping in it on your podcast and on social media? I feel like you can’t open your mouth without offending the universe.” She swallowed her pride and said, “Because I’m an idiot. Seriously. I am.”
Andy wondered, “Do you think maybe you should think before you speak or think?” Surprisingly enough, Stassi said, “I’m not taking that in a negative way at all. I’m learning that. I’m learning that the hard way. It’s something that I need to learn anyway.” Still, Andy wasn’t that tough on her. He did (sort of) compliment her when he said, “I like how outspoken you are, so don’t cut your tongue out.”
A caller asked Stassi, “Do you think that Jax [Taylor] cheated on Brittany [Cartwright] more than once?” She admitted, “Yes. I believe it was more than once.” Andy seemed pretty shocked by her answer and added a question of his own: “With Faith [Stowers], you believe it was more than once?” Jax’s Season 1 girlfriend explained, “I just feel like a leopard doesn’t change its spots.”
When Stassi was asked if she had any regrets from this season, she had nothing to say- at first. Then Andy prompted her with, “What about running out of your party like a lunatic?” She said, “Shoot. I forgot about that.” He reminded her, “It just happened an hour ago on Bravo.” Then she admitted, “Yep, I would take that back. Sorry Katie and Kristen. I apologize.” Andy told her, “It was fun to watch though.” Stassi responded with, “Great.”
Andy finished the interview by asking, “That was tequila you were drinking?” Stassi confessed, “It was a lot of things.”
