That doormat-induced argument between Porsha Williams and Marlo Hampton (temporarily) took the spotlight away from that group text about a roach-infested bathroom and a parking in a handicap space. Obviously roachgate will be revived as soon as the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast returns to the United States, but in the mean time, Porsha storming out of the group trip is a distraction from NeNe Leakes’ latest controversy.
NeNe is preparing for a big battle at home with Kim Zolciak– or at least that’s what I imagine. In the meantime, she can waste spend some time dissecting the inconsequential Porsha and Marlo argument.
NeNe discussed the last episode in her Bravo blog. She admitted, “Porsha and Marlo’s argument escalated so quickly! They had gotten along really well prior to all this, and Marlo felt that they had a connection, so to see it go from 0 to 100 within seconds was disappointing. There are never any winners in situations like this.” Even the viewers lost out on this one. This wasn’t even an entertaining fight. It just made no sense and it didn’t even generate any worthwhile memes.
Then Porsha decided to leave the trip and randomly came to NeNe for advice before she left, which seemed pretty random considering that these two have argued several times this season. Even so, NeNe admitted, “I wasn’t surprised that Porsha wanted to speak with me before leaving Barcelona.”
And of course, she took the opportunity to pat herself on the back while simultaneously throwing shade at others: “You know, this group goes through a lot at times, and I have felt that many of them don’t want to see me succeed in areas for whatever strange reason.”
She continued, “But the bottom line is this: they all know that I have a big heart, that I will do whatever I can for them, that I will tell it like it is, and that we are going to get a good laugh together. With Porsha and me, we’re taking baby steps, but at least we’re stepping!”
