Now that Andy Cohen is in California to tape a week of Watch What Happens Live episodes, he is doing more than asking the questions. To promote this week of shows, Andy is doing a lot of interviews and he is the one answering the questions.
He opened up about tough moments on Watch What Happens Live, the worst guest he’s ever interviewed, and even shed some light on Kim Zolciak’s future on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
In an interview with E! News, Jason Kennedy asked Andy, “Do you ever get nervous asking a question?” Andy shared, “I got nervous asking Oprah if she had ever been with a woman. I got nervous asking Shaq how big his dick was. That’s the obvious first question you would think, so…” That Shaq moment was nothing short of iconic. I’m happy Andy asked about it.
Jason asked, “Have you ever been doing an interview and then all of a sudden you thought to yourself ‘This isn’t going the way I want it to go. When is it going to be over’?” Andy admitted, “Yes, I have.” So who who is he referring to? None other than Amber Rose- who refused to take off her sunglasses for the entire interview.
Andy continued, “She didn’t want to answer any of my shady questions. She turns to me and goes ‘Am I a horrible guest?’ I go ‘You are in the running for one of the worst guests that we’ve ever had.'”
And of course, he had to talk about the Housewives. After a rough time filming the Season 10 reunion of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Andy does not expect to see Kim Zolciak back on the show for Season 11. He shared, “I think she’s done. She walked out of that reunion and I was like ‘OK. I’ve seen the last of that wig at these reunions.'” Unless Don’t Be Tardy gets cancelled, then she would show up in a heartbeat.
