During the last season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Cynthia Bailey “dated” Will Jones. I say “dated” because she didn’t want to be in an official relationship and she was very open about dating around and not wanting anything exclusive right after her divorce.
That relationship did not last, but now Cynthia has a new man. The Atlanta Housewife is not naming names, but she did confirm that she has a new love interest.
During an interview with People, Cynthia declared, “I definitely want to date exclusively now — just one guy.” And that guy is not Will Jones. Cynthia said, “Things didn’t work out for us, but I think he’s an amazing guy.” She insisted, “I have a lot of respect for him and wish him nothing but the best.”
Cynthia revealed, “I’ve recently met someone who I really like. I am looking forward to seeing where things go.”
She explained, “When I first got divorced I was pretty closed. The door was closed to marriage, and the door has opened itself back up. I’m not kicking it open but it ain’t closed.” Was the door metaphor an homage to her girl NeNe Leakes or was that just an easily applicable analogy? Most likely the latter, but I cannot help thinking of NeNe any time someone declares “the door is closed.”
