Last week, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp revealed to her Instagram followers that she was releasing her first workout video. The fitness/accountability coach talked about the project with Page Six and says it’s hopefully going to be released within the next three weeks.
Teddi had shared on Instagram, “You asked, so get ready to receive (and sweat!). Just wrapped my very first workout video– All In: 30 Minute Cardio by Teddi.” She thanked the huge team for their help in making her dream a reality and added, “Can’t wait to show you all, especially those of you who requested and motivated me to do this thing.”
Teddi, who has several hundred clients, shared with Page Six, “The biggest thing that I have for some of my clients that don’t live in big metropolitan cities like Los Angeles and New York, Chicago, they don’t have the option of going to all the great workout classes that we have here. Or some of my clients don’t have a gym membership and so if they’re in a place where it’s snowing and cold and they don’t have a gym membership and they can’t walk outside, I want them to have a class — I mean take a class that I truly know works.”
Teddi Mellencamp upset with Dorit Kemsley over comments about her accountability business
She continued, “So I developed a cardio session that they can download and watch on their computers or the Apple TVs or whatever. So I’m really excited about that because that’s one that I can 100 percent guarantee will have the same results.”
Apparently we shouldn’t be referring to Teddi as a current RHOBH star just yet. When asked if she was working on the new season of the show (which is currently filming), she coyly replied: “I can’t talk about anything in regards to [the show]. I don’t even know if I’m on it!”
Although, since she’s been sharing plenty of pics with her co-stars, we’re going to guess she’s on it…
