Hell hath no fury like a Real HouseHusband scorned. Alexis Bellino’s ex Jim Bellino is really doing the most in response to Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador’s podcast comments. He is actually suing them for $1 million dollars– for comments made on a podcast.
Now Jim is convinced that Tamra and Shannon’s comments were actually premeditated and he’s asking a judge for access to her text messages.
The Blast obtained legal documents, in which Jim claims, “The premeditated nature of the Defendants vicious personal attack is reflected in the visual backdrop of the videotaped interview, which consists of a photo of Mr. Bellino and his ex-wife Alexis Bellino edited into two pieces, with a rip between them.”

The documents also say that since Tamra referenced a text conversation prior to the podcast taping that mentioning Jim had to be pre-planned. How many times did he listen to his podcast that he keeps bringing up new points to defend himself?
Jim wants Tamra’s texts and emails prior to the podcast interview with the hopes to obtain “substantial direct or circumstantial evidence.”
Should Jim let this one go? Nevertheless, the judge set a hearing for December.
