The drama on Real Housewives of New York never seems to stop. These ladies always deliver- unlike some of the other shows in the Real Housewives franchise. What’s the most recent issue? It doesn’t sound like a major deal, but Dorinda Medley was unhappy with Ramona Singer because of a seating debacle at a gala in New York City.
According to an article from Page Six, a source said, “Ramona had invited Dorinda and told her they would be seated at the same table.” Apparently, “upon arrival, Dorinda was actually seated at a separate table and appeared upset.”
Ramona blamed the discrepancy on the event organizers, but the organizers told Dorinda that it was Ramona who requested that Dorinda be seated a separate table. Was Ramona just stirring the pot? Was this just a storyline for the show?

A different source claimed that Ramona, “appeared to be in a social-climbing mood. I’m sure it’ll all play out on their show. They had cameras following them.”
Dorinda did not comment on the event, but Ramona told Page Six, “I was very happy to support the Angel Ball and I thought Dorinda was sitting with me, but somehow . . . They have so many people going. She was upset. I had no control of it and I said I was sorry. We didn’t buy a table. We bought individual tickets. They didn’t put it together. We’re great now — we’re fine!”
During that same phone call Page Six asked Ramona about being spotted with her ex-husband Mario Singer and then she hung up. Hopefully that was captured by the Real Housewives of New York cameras. More importantly, let’s hope the cameras captured her hanging with Mario.
