During the last episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi Burruss went to lunch with NeNe Leakes, Marlo Hampton, and Cynthia Bailey. Aside from promoting her businesses, Kandi’s main storyline is talking about Porsha Williams whenever she can. Kandi shared some anecdotes from women who “dated” Porsha’s new boo Dennis McKinley.
In all honesty, the tea was lukewarm at best. Dennis got tattoos of his past love interests, cooked for them, and gave them Rolex watches. Alright, then. There have been way worse rumors on this show. Kandi told the ladies that she didn’t want to share her insights with Porsha since they just became cool(ish) again. All of the women agreed that no one should tell Porsha and they should just let her use her own judgment. Obviously, that’s not what happened. This is Real Housewives of Atlanta, after all. Of course, someone told Porsha about the gossip.
During the last episode, Kandi and Cynthia speculated that NeNe told Porsha what Kandi said during their group lunch. In her own on-camera confessional, Porsha admitted that it was NeNe. Meanwhile, NeNe adamantly denied it during hers. Oops. Clearly, there was a communication glitch there.
Porsha tweeted (and then deleted), “Nene knows that was editing! everyone can see that was the last part of a sentence asked way after the lunch even took place! They added it to make it seem like I confessed who told me. I never said Nene told me what [Kandi] said. I only said why nene felt it may be kept from me!”
Well, isn’t that the same thing as saying NeNe told her? It might as well be. That tweet didn’t just shade NeNe though. It also called out production. Of course, Porsha deleted it. She wants to come back for Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 12, duh.

One of Porsha’s followers tweeted, “And she’s already on IG mad af at you. SHows her true colors. Porsha quoted the tweet and added, “Yep…. crazy the smallest of things makes ‘friends’ give me they ass to kiss.” That tweet did not get deleted. Shocking, I know.
So what did NeNe say on that now-deleted Instagram post? She shared a photo of her and Porsha from the last episode with a caption that was beyond shady. It was downright insulting. NeNe wrote, “When you a ride or die chick!!!! Hey lil sis, I got your back! Lil sis: yeah ok! Then throws big sis under the bus! What the F*CK”
NeNe threw in the hashtags #loyalty #dontbitethehandthatfeedsyou and #beloyaltosomebody. She concluded her post with “I’m out.” But is she though? These two have feuded and made up several times. It’s never really over between them… as long as they are still cast members on the same reality TV show anyway.
Of course, Porsha saw this and commented, “So you text me and ask me a question then make an assumption. Now you come on social media and blast me! Bitch you got me twisted. #FakeasHell #CutTheCrap.”
Did they make up away from social media? Or did production have them delete the posts? And then there’s the most important question: Why is this the biggest storyline on Real Housewives of Atlanta? What happened to this show? There used to be storylines. It is basically The Porsha Williams Show and Kandi leading the charge with her chronic messiness.

Of course, NeNe was going to tell Porsha what Kandi said. If she didn’t, she would have been called out for keeping it private. She would have been screwed regardless. Next time, they just need to be on the same page when it comes to keeping things private.
