90 Day Fiance Season 6 standout Larissa Dos Santos Lima has finally received some good news. The Clark County D.A. rejected the case against her. This freed Larissa from any legal constrictions. She will not be facing any domestic battery charges stemming from her arrest in Nevada on November 10th.
It all started with a series of disturbing messages on Larissa’s Instagram account. These messages were deleted after the fight resolved, but reality blogger John Yates was able to repost them. First, she changed her account name to @helpmeimwithoutphone. Then her posts became pleas for help. According to Larissa, she was forced to hide in the bathroom. Her husband, Colt Johnson, allegedly grew belligerent after a fight, disabled her phone, and was threatening to call the police.
Fans concerned for Larissa’s safety alerted the police about the domestic dispute. Suddenly, the situation escalated. Colt and Larissa both went quiet on social media. There were rumors that Larissa was safe at a friend’s house. It was then speculated that Colt was taken into custody.
Shockingly, the police decided to arrest Larissa. The arrest was confirmed by Colt when he reappeared on social media to share his experience. This text was captured by a 90 Day Fiance fan page. He wrote, “Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and severe depression. She overreacted to problems that do not exist. ”
Later, Colt explained that his actions were misinterpreted, “I proceeded to deactivate her phone to try to diffuse the situation. This escalated issues and matters became worse. She felt this action was a threat towards her and reached out for help.”

Fans were shocked that police deemed Larissa the aggressor. Colt described their dealing with law enforcement, “Not long after her cry was posted, the police came and knocked down the front door. They drew their guns at me and handcuffed me. The police interviewed us but not long after, they decided to arrest Larissa. No one was hurt and I did not press charges against my wife. However, it is the policy in the state of Nevada that since we are in a domestic partnership, someone had to be arrested.”
Larissa has since made a public statement reacting to the good news. Then, in a hilarious reference to her catchphrase from the latest episode she wrote, “I hope she will be deported. Keep dreaming. The queen stays!”
Of course, Larissa is referring to her Green Card status. Now that the domestic battery charges were dropped, there should be no impediments to her getting legal residency in America.
