Kelly Dodd Just Got Dumped- For The First Time In Her Entire Life

Season 13 of Real Housewives of Orange County was, in all honesty, a snooze-fest. The biggest source of drama, other than Tamra Judge’s constant complaints about being Shannon Beador’s best friend, were the fireworks between OG Housewife Vicki Gunvalson and single (and oh-so-ready to mingle) Kelly Dodd.

Kelly accused Vicki of breaking “girl code” by going on a double-date with Vicki’s boyfriend, Steve Lodge, one of Vicki’s friends, and Kelly’s ex-husband, Michael Dodd. She was furious by Vicki’s betrayal. Now, she isn’t a big fan of Steve’s, either. Still, that issue drove most of the season to its ~~exciting~~ lackluster conclusion.

So, what has Kelly been up to since the RHOC reunion aired? She has been diving into the dating pool and experiencing some romantic rites of passage for the first time. According to an article from Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Kelly said, “I got dumped last night. I got dumped. My boyfriend dumped me.” But this is the first time that Kelly has ever been dumped. Ever. Kelly further clarified that, “Never been ghosted, never been dumped. Sucks.”

We do not know the name of the man who dropped Kelly. I wonder if she called him “a little bitch” after the breakup, like she did during that fight with Emily Simpson’s husband Shane Simpson? I really hope that she did!

Now, it goes without saying that RHOC fans know that Kelly doesn’t have any trouble meeting or dating men. I am still flabbergasted that she has never been dumped. (Come on- not even in high school?) But Kelly seems to have rebounded from this horrible experience. She is ready to keep dating. Kelly advised her followers to keep a few men waiting in the wings for just this type of situation. “That’s why you have a bench, ladies.”
