Mere days after Ashley Martson married Jay Smith, she found out that he downloaded Tinder. Who downloads a dating app DAYS after tying the knot? Oh, yeah, that’s right: a 20-year-old who is unable to work in the country and has tons of free time on his hands. Understandably, Ashley could not truly trust Jay from that point out. She even filed for divorce. However, it seems like she changed her mind.
According to an article from E! News, Ashley filed for divorce on January 11. That surprises no one. Jay is far from the model husband. Plot twist: Ashley withdrew the divorce paperwork on January 22.
On her Instagram page, Ashley shared a photo of the two of them with the caption “Who the f*ck is leaking all this shit? #LinkInBio #NotCool.”

In her Instagram bio, Ashley linked to an In Touch article about the divorce with quotes from an “inside source.” I cannot be the only one who thinks that “inside source” is actually Ashley and Jay. Or at least I hope I’m not the only one who thinks that. Why would she link to an article about her divorce if she didn’t agree with it? Jay linked to that same article in his own Instagram bio.
The “inside source” told In Touch, “It is frustrating to both Ashley and Jay that this got leaked without them being the ones to get to share their story the way they wanted to.” Did they not realize that divorce filings are a matter of public record? Oh, and they are reality TV stars on a show centered around whether or not their relationship will last. Of course, someone had their eye out for some paperwork.
