It’s time for Gina Kirschenheiter to get an Uber account. Or Lyft. She just needs to get off the road at this point. She is not exercising any concern for herself or others with her recent bout of poor decision making.
Last week, she was pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence. A month before that she was fined for running a stop sign. And now she has another driving violation to pay for. Keep in mind, this is mere DAYS after her DUI. So much for learning a lesson! The Real Housewives of Orange County cast members are going to have a field day with this one!
The Blast came through with some court documents. The Long Island native was stopped by police on February 6 because she was using her cell phone while driving. Does she not have Bluetooth? Couldn’t she put the phone on speaker? Why couldn’t she just wait until she was out of the car to get on her phone? Was the conversation really that urgent? And once again, I cannot help wondering if she has an Uber account. If she doesn’t, I’ll send a referral code her way.
The Blast reports that she will have to pay a $160 fine. Maybe she can pay it when she’s in court at the end of the month for her DUI. She can kill two birds with one stone.

What is with the complete disregard for herself and the other people on the road? In general, this is irresponsible, but DAYS after a DUI!? As Shannon Beador would yell, “Are you kidding me!?”
Not only did she act up days after her arrest, but this went down days after her Instagram apology as well. Oops. Gina posted a screenshot of the quote “the best apology is changed behavior.” Yes, using a cell phone while driving is not the same thing as driving under the influence, but they both have potentially deadly consequences.
Let’s hope this third strike is the end of Gina’s vehicular rebellious streak. For her sake and everyone else’s.
