It seems like Eric Rosenbrook and Leida Margaretha are the most hated couple in 90 Day Fiance history. Certainly, that isn’t an easy feat with stiff some stiff competition. First of all, Anfisa Nava and Jorge Nava. Also, there’s Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou. Unfortunately, Leida’s spoiled brat behavior and Eric’s inability to stand up to her made for an uncomfortable season for viewers. The drama-fueled couple rarely seemed happy together. Leida was often in full tantrum mode. And Eric looking sweaty and guilty.
The worst part of the couple was Leida’s endless conflict with Eric’s daughter Tasha Rosenbrook. Eric’s two oldest daughters even declined to attend his wedding to the Lethal Margarita. Leida, Eric, and Tasha have remained at odds for months. Recently, Leida has taken the serious step of filing legal action against Tasha.
According to an article in US Weekly, Leida and Tasha were in court last Friday. Leida got a four-year restraining order was granted against Tasha. Specifics of the basis of the order were not mentioned in the article.
Leida’s lawyer told Us Weekly that “Tasha was ordered to stay away from Leida and cannot say anything on social media that antagonizes the reality star.” Unfortunately, saying things like “The sky is blue” or “That is a pretty dress” could set the temperamental Leida off. The restraining order does not apply to Eric.
When conflict arose in the family, Eric usually buried his head in the sand or sided with his devil-bride over his children. Notably, Leida didn’t want Eric paying child support for his youngest daughter. Above all, he stood by silently when Leida tossed Tasha out of the apartment they shared that Tasha had rented herself.

Of course, it is difficult to really know all the dynamics of the family. However, it seemed clear from the show that Tasha was a pretty responsible teenager. One who was working, attending college, and living on her own. How many 19-year-olds can you say that about? Also, can she really be as difficult as Leida claims? Couldn’t Eric have supported Tasha more?
Children never stop needing their father, even when they become adults. At the 90 Day Fiance reunion, Eric and Tasha were both distraught over the status of their relationship. Consequently, it is difficult to believe that the restraining order will help matters.
