JWoww Wants Judge To Dismiss Roger Mathews’ Custody Request

All of us Jersey Shore fans remember a simpler time when Jenni “JWoww” Farley and her now-estranged husband, Roger Matthews biggest problems were which bar to get drunk in down the shore.

The possibility of having a peaceful divorce has quickly disappeared. Fans have had an uncomfortable front-row seat to their colossal breakdown.

Now, according to an article from Page Sixe Jenni has asked a judge to dismiss a divorce petition filed by Roger. Roger filed papers asking for primary custody of the couple’s two kids along with alimony. He also wants the judge to declare that their prenuptial agreement is invalid and unenforceable.

According to that Page Six article, Roger is seeking primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their children. He is asking for “reasonable child support,” alimony, and other fees.

For those who are just joining us let me give you a quick break down of JWoww and Roger’s separation.

JWoww stunned fans when she announced she was separating from Roger after three years of marriage. In response, Roger posted a video saying he was going to try and win his wife back. I don’t know about you, but in a world where so many couples seem to throw in the towel so easily it was touching to see someone trying to fight for their partner.

But then things took a turn for the worse when she claimed Roger had been abusive towards her throughout their relationship. Page Six shared a video of an altercation between JWoww and her husband in their New Jersey home.

We got to watch JWoww and Roger meet, fall in love, have children and get married. Unfortunately, their happily ever after has disappeared. It’s exploded also into a nasty mess.

This entire situation turned really ugly, really fast, and honestly, no one really knows what happens behind closed doors. Although, we do have a video from that one incident. I just hope these two can reach an amicable agreement that is in the best interest of their children, and keep their dirty laundry off social media.
