We all know that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Dorit Kemsley loves the finer things in life. And that she is not shy about showing off what she has. From an expensive rose gold Bentley to an affection for expensive clothing, this lover of luxury portrays living a life of wealth and extravagance. Dorit proudly showed off her house re-model last year. She also made sure that Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave knew the proper glasses to use for wine and champagne. And she would probably wear her clothing inside out to show off the designer labels-if she thought she could get away with it!
Behind that extravagance, we have seen some leaks in the Kemsley financial boat. Dorit and her husband PK Kemsley are embroiled in several financial lawsuits. Now, more information has come out about the precarious state of the Kemsley’s finances. Namely, one lawsuit from a Las Vegas hotel against PK that is not going away any time soon.
In newly filed court documents obtained by The Blast, the Bellagio Hotel and Casino claims that PK still owes them $1,705,000. Plus $19,268.37 in interest. The documents also reveal that PK has made a total of $565,000 in payments on his debt to the casino since 2015.
PK acquired the debt from a $3.6 million casino marker he had taken out before marrying Dorit. According to The Blast, the Bellagio initially sued him in 2013 after he allegedly failed to pay back the marker. PK made a few payments equaling $875,000, but then filed for bankruptcy in the UK. The casino claimed they were never notified of the bankruptcy and they were still owed their money.
Can you imagine having a $3.6 million casino marker? Most people could live off that amount forever. It could even buy you a starter home in Beverly Hills or Malibu!
PK made an agreement with the Bellagio to start repaying the debt in 2015. He made payments for several years, but then the casino claims he stopped paying. The casino went back to court and a judge signed off on the Bellagio’s request to collect the balance owed to them last year. Including seizing assets.

The Bellagio has filed a writ of execution which allows the United States Marshal to enforce the judgment against PK. And they have also placed a judgment against the Beverly Hills mansion the Kemsleys have been trying to sell.
The Blast further reports that the Kemsleys owe $1 million in back taxes. And that PK owes an additional $1.2 million over an unpaid loan. Plus, Dorit’s swimwear company Beverly Beach by Dorit is currently being sued. Maybe Erika Jayne could offer them some pro bono legal advice!
None of this can please Dorit, who is all about image. And considering that Dorit is currently not on good terms with Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd, it is doubtful she and PK can hit them up for a loan to help shore up their finances. Hopefully, Dorit is selling a lot of swimsuits at Beverly Beach by Dorit!

While this all must be very trying for the Kemsleys, the situation could have an upside for the show’s fans. If you happen to be in Beverly Hills any time soon and see garage sale signs, follow them. They might just lead you up a steep and precarious driveway to the Kemsley mansion. Maybe you will even get to meet Boy George!
TELL US- DO YOU THINK THE KEMSLEYS ARE GOING TO BE ABLE TO PAY OFF THEIR DEBT? IF DORIT AND PK HAD A GARAGE SALE, WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO TO IT?
