Here ye, here ye, gather ’round because Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix have an announcement to make! The bartending Vanderpump Rules couple has purchased their first home together!
Gone are the days of picking what appliance to use before a fuse blows. Now, they are adulting in a $2 million dollar abode. Time to buy a lawnmower!
Tom 1’s real estate agent, Douglas McFarland, shared his joy on the duo’s purchase. He told E! News, “Tom has always looked at me as his secret weapon when it comes time to buy a house. We explored a lot of options in a lot of different areas (both fixers and new) and ultimately found that the quality and detail of this property was far superior than your typical turn and burn mc-mansion.”
Tom and Ariana have jazzed up their living situation to a 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom property. It comes with an in-ground pool and a waterfall. Built in 2018, the new construction boasts over 4400 square feet of space to fill with jealous friends flat irons and scorpion-infused vodka. Fancy!
Motivated by a longtime friendship with Tom, Douglas McFarland said helping Tom find his first house, “was a really great experience for us to share together.”

Don’t tell me Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartzypoo aren’t rubabubbubbaing themselves into a frenzy. I smell an ultimatum coming! Emotional torture, pity party of two, please. I’m kidding (I’m not kidding)! Surely all of Tom 1 and Ariana’s friends are genuinely thrilled the couple blossomed from a rent-controlled haven of debauchery to a place they can call their own. Responsibility, it’s a thing!
It’s refreshing to see these two are able to save money and invest it wisely. It certainly isn’t something we witness on a regular basis with this crew. Perhaps Kristen Doute and Brian Carter can move into The Bubba’s building. Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright are only a cooler-ride away. Then Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark can roll out from underneath the couch and join in. One big happy family!
All the while Tom and Ariana will have their champagne wishes and caviar dreams with a #poolview. Congrats to the couple.
