Real Housewives of Atlanta fans may have been skeptical of Porsha Williams’ fiancé, hot dog king Dennis McKinley, when he first came on the scene. Isn’t that right, Kandi Burruss? Porsha shut down Kandi’s concerns about Porsha and her man moving too fast. And about Dennis sporting too many tattoos with other girls’ names.
Porsha revealed that she was pregnant in September of 2018. This makes sense because Porsha has been craving pickles– a lot of pickles. In fact, Porsha and her frenemy “big sister,” NeNe Leakes, sprung the news on the Housewives during their RHOA Tokyo girls’ trip. Porsha even told the ladies in Japanese while NeNe banged on a gong. No — I don’t understand about the gong, either. Was NeNe trying to drown out Porsha’s surprise announcement?
Porsha and Dennis, who are expecting a little girl, hosted a confusing gender reveal party, during which Porsha had the only popper with blue confetti. Oops! Then the couple went to the Bahamas to enjoy a tropical “babymoon” (the last trip before the baby’s arrival.)
Porsha had an elegant all-white baby shower on Feb. 24, 2019. Even though filming was over for Season 11 of RHOA, Bravo cameras were still spotted at the event. According to an article in Atlanta Black Star, Cynthia Bailey took a selfie with Porsha’s mother, Diane Williams. There was a camera spotted in the back ground of the photo, which caused a stir among Instagram fans. The post has since been deleted. “Is that a cameraman behind you…Does this mean Porsha getting a spin-off?” one fan asked.

That seems to be the case! Real Housewives of Atlanta has a history of giving spin-offs or specials to several Housewives, including NeNe, Kandi, and Kim Zolciak. So why not Porsha as she gets ready to meet Porsha Junior?
Of course, several RHOA stars turned out to celebrate with Porsha and Dennis. Besides Cynthia, former co-star, and new mom, Kenya Moore attended, as did Friends of the Housewives Marlo Hampton and Shamea Morton. So, who didn’t attend? NeNe was missing, but she was working in Vancouver, Canada on a TV murder mystery pilot. Kandi spent the day with her husband, Todd Tucker, and her kids since she had been away locked in the Celebrity Big Brother House.
Congratulations to Porsha and Dennis as they await the arrival of their daughter.
