Denise Richards Shares The Advice She Received From Lisa Rinna

When it comes to new Housewives on their freshmen season, we often see them have a really rough first reunion. Sometimes, we see them come back for the next season, much better prepared. Other times, they just decide to throw in the towel and call it a day on the franchise.

It wouldn’t be easy to sit under the bright lights all day and answer questions from Andy Cohen. It would be even more difficult would to sit there as a brand new housewife getting attacked by some of the veterans. However, it appears that some new housewives are taking notes! Denise Richards joined the new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and is off to an interesting start thanks to what she thought was a relaxed and casual Bahamas trip. Basically, sipping margaritas on the beach in shorts and your swimsuit, right? Not so fast, Denise.

Denise admitted she has a lot to learn in an interview on Live with Kelly and Ryan. She joked, “I call myself the Beverly Hillbilly of the house.” At least she has a good sense of humor!

She discussed some of the difficulties on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Denise explained, “We go into restaurants and those are real people that are watching us and taking pictures and videotaping. I get a little, like, when we starting fighting, all the women…Maybe we should keep it down. There’s other people dining here besides us. We look crazy!” Yikes! And you just know that somebody at the reunion is going to be offended she said that.

Luckily for Denise, she got some good advice from Lisa Rinna. Denise shared, “She’s been giving me lots of advice, little secrets. The one thing she did say was to keep notes after every episode because we tape the reunion.” This is definitely good advice, but none of the Beverly Hills housewives have anything on the binder that Emily Simpson brought to her first reunion. Just saying!
