Real Housewives of New Jersey fans, and some former co-stars, are still buzzing about Teresa Giudice’s decision to ditch split with husband Joe Giudice if he is, in fact, deported to Italy. Juicy Joe is finishing his 41-month sentence for federal fraud charges. He is due to be released in March of 2019. He moved to the United States when he was one-year-old, but never became a US citizen. Juicy Joe’s destination hasn’t been decided yet because he is awaiting the results of the appeal that he filed in November of 2018.
Teresa confirmed on the Season 9 reunion that she and Juicy would be parting ways if he is deported. She also assured everyone that she has been a faithful wife. Even so, Teresa has been spotted out and about with a much younger man, New Jersey realtor Blake Schreck. Perhaps Teresa and Blake were discussing some real estate opportunities? RHONJ fans knew that alum Jacqueline Laurita would, of course, weigh in on the Giudice situation.
In an article in US Weekly, Jacqueline expressed her feelings about Teresa’s decision. “I don’t understand Teresa’s decision to not stand by her man and keep her family intact. If Joe is truly the love of her life and the father of her kids, you’d think she would go wherever he goes to keep the family together as a unit!” Jacqueline stated. “Her decision seems a little selfish to me.”
The former RHONJ star is no stranger to moving, and keeping the family unit, intact. “My father was in the military, and my family moved several times growing up.” Jacqueline also isn’t buying Teresa’s explanation that she is doing what is best for her daughters. “As children, my siblings and I never got to dictate to my parents where we lived. It was important to my parents that we stuck together as a family. Learning different cultures, meeting new people and experiencing new surroundings made me more well-rounded as an adult,” Jacqueline added.

The mother of three also shared that her own family is contemplating leaving New Jersey. She said, “My family and I are actually contemplating moving to another state right now. Would my older son love to stay here? Yes, but if we decide to go, guess what? He’s coming with us, and I know he would adjust just fine.”
Jacqueline’s views about Teresa are not surprising. The two former besties had an epic falling out (several times) when Jacqueline was still on the show. Jacqueline is all about family and called out her mortal enemy former bestie for not walking the old-school walk that Teresa keeps espousing. “I don’t care if I was making $1 million in the state of New Jersey. If my husband –the love of my life and father of my kids — said we were moving to a new state or a new country, I’d be like, ‘Bye, bye,’ and I’d get my kids together, pack up our s–t and go with him,” Jacqueline said. “That’s just what families are supposed to do. Ride or die.”
