Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are used to hearing all about Joe Gorga and Melissa Gorga’s hot and steamy marriage. Viewers may remember Joe and Melissa getting busy in a bathroom during a cast trip to Punta Cana. Then, Melissa gifted us in 2013 with her book, the somewhat controversial Love Italian Style: The Secrets of My Hot and Happy Marriage. The book suggested that women treat their man “like a king.” Melissa has since changed her views from traditional to more modern. Nowadays she is a working wife and mother with her own boutique, Envy. And Joe still wants her to be a stay-at-home wife and mother. Remember how Joe built a recording studio in their basement to support his wife keep his wife at home?
Now, there is another author in the Gorga family who is sharing relationship and life advice. Joe unleashed “The Gorga Guide To Success,” which is a motivational memoir about succeeding in business, love, and life. Joe authored the book with co-writer Kristen McGuiness. It is refreshing to see a Bravo-celebrity admit to having a giving credit to a co-writer. Of course, literary talent must run in the family since Joe’s sister, Teresa Giudice, has written a memoir about her time in prison at camp.
In an interview with Life & Style, Joe breaks down how to keep your relationship spicy. In his book, Joe wrote, “Before we started the show, we’d come home and make dinner. Melissa was this cute little wife. We were so hot for each other, we used to have sex every day.”

That revelation isn’t surprising to RHONJ viewers. Joe often talks about needing to get the “poison” out of his system. Yikes! Apparently, daily sex was the cure. But what is shocking is how long this lusty streak continued.
“Not kidding, for the first 10 years we were together, we had sex every day … Even after the kids came.” Joe explained. “We take the time to still have crazy, passionate sex together … Just this Christmas, I surprised her with a new wedding ring because, no matter what, she’s still my bride.”
Are these totals accurate? I am skeptical. But wow, these RHONJ girls’ trips must have really put a damper on things for Joe.
