Anyone who watched Jersey Shore: Family Vacation can see that Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has truly changed for the better. He was completely sober. He was completely faithful to his now-wife Lauren Sorrentino. He really was a completely different person than the guy we met during Jersey Shore’s initial run.
Even the abs were gone. Instead of drugs and alcohol, The Situation turned to pasta and funfetti cake for comfort. He truly seemed like a kinder, gentler soul. Nevertheless, he did the crime and now he’s doing the time. And it’s not like he’s the only reality star with tax issues. Teresa Giudice, Joe Giudice, and Abby Lee Miller have served jail time for similar offenses. But, apparently, he’s having a great time behind bars. Or at least he is according to Snooki.
In an interview with E! News, Snooki declared that The Situation is “having the time of his life” in jail. Yes, she actually said that.
But, wait. There’s more. Snooki elaborated, “It’s like he’s in a senior home, he’s playing Bingo, he’s helping people recover in jail.” Well, at least it’s nice that he’s making the best out of a tough situation. I just can’t imagine that being in jail is as fun as Snooki is making it sound. Obviously. These probably weren’t the best comments to make. But then again, they’re not the worst either.

Snooki also revealed, “We all talk to him through an email, so I talk to him like once a week. He’s in the gym a lot, so he’s probably gonna come out ripped. You know, he’s not gonna be BDS anymore–Big Daddy Sitch–he’s gonna have his, probably, six-pack again. But he’s doing…he’s doing good in there.”
Someone needs to tell Snooki that BDS is not actually an acronym for Big Daddy Sitch. It more commonly stands for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions, which promotes various boycotts against Israel. Oh, Snooki.
