The last Real Housewives of New Jersey was electric. The cast was perfect, so it makes sense that they didn’t make any changes for Season 10.
However, if Joe Gorga got his way they would make one major change. He wants an original Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member to be a full-time Housewife. And, no, he’s not talking about Danielle Staub. He’s rooting for a different RHONJ OG to make a comeback.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Joe was asked if he would want Caroline Manzo to return to Real Housewives of New Jersey. Joe declared, “That would be awesome. I would love to have that.” Aren’t Joe and his sister super close these days? Does he not realize how much Teresa Giudice hates on Caroline? If anyone is going to get Teresa flip out it’s Caroline.

Then again, that would be good for the show, even if it’s not good for Teresa personally. To be honest, almost nothing that’s good for this show is good for Teresa’s personal life. She fights with Joe and Melissa Gorga, which had to be tough for their family. However, it produced some classic Real Housewives of New Jersey moments. Teresa and Joe Giudice went to jail. Basically, this show has grown to revolve around Teresa’s suffering. So, why not add Caroline to the mix? She’s the only one who can truly put Teresa in check. Sorry, Jackie Goldschneider.

Joe also told Us Weekly, “[She was] a little firecracker. Would love to have her back.” So would (some of) the viewers and Dolores Catania. She also thinks that a Caroline comeback would be great for the show.
Recently, Caroline revealed that she got an offer to return. However, it was for a part-time spot with a smaller paycheck and she turned it down. Maybe there’s hope for a Season 11 comeback.
