Nine times out of ten, it’s tough to recognize a current reality TV star based on their Season 1 photo. That’s because most of them can’t help indulging Botox and filler.
It’s logical that someone would want to alter her appearance after seeing her face on a high definition television. However, Andy Cohen does not seem to be feeling Lala Kent’s cosmetic enhancements. And no, this has nothing to do with her tendency to be topless whenever possible.
During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy spoke for a majority of the Vanderpump Rules viewers when he asked, “What is happening with Botox and you?” According to an article from TooFab, Andy even remarked, “Um, Lala, are you under 28?”
Lala clarified, “I am 28 on the money.” What’s going on with Lala and Botox? Lala admitted, “I’m loving it.” Clearly.

Andy told Lala, “You are loving it.” He even doled out some unsolicited advice. Andy told Lala, “You are. But I feel like at 28, you don’t need it?”
Lala had no problem clapping back. She responded, “Well, when I’m 50, people are gonna be glad I got it.” And instead of changing the subject, Andy questioned, “Are they?”
Lala attempted to defend herself by declaring “I mean, it’s preventative!” And the conversation didn’t end there.

Andy asked, “Is it? For the future?” And Lala just declared that she will “never have the wrinkles.” Well, if being wrinkle-free is her goal, then she’s certainly achieved it.
